River View Lodge is a luxurious newly built lodge designed with true loving care and that personal touch . The The lodge is in stunning surroundings and is fully centrally heated.

Lounge/Dining Large - Modern and spacious with panoramic views of the River Avon which can be viewed through double French windows leading onto a decked area.   The lounge has all modern amenities which include a 46" wall mounted LCD TV with Freeview channels, DVD player and a fabulous Bose surround sound system.  There are ample CD's and DVD's for your enjoyment. 2 double sofas, one being a sofa bed if needed . A large Oak 6 seater Dining Table with leather chairs.   You are able to view the river whether dining, cooking or just relaxing in the lounge area.

Kitchen - A fully equiped modern room with an American styleFridge/Freezer (with ice maker and water cooler).  Microwave, washer /dryer and dishwasher, 5 ring gas hob and electric oven.

Master Bedroom  - Kingsize bed. Ensuite with walk in power shower . Modern sliding Wardrobes. Wall mounted Flat screen LCD TV with Freeview and DVD player. Hair dryer, towels, bathrobes, soap and bed linen all provided

Bedroom Two - Double bed. Stylish double bedroom including fitted wardrobes. Wall mounted Flat screen LCD Television and DVD . Hair dryer, towels, bathrobes and bed linen all provided.

Bathroom Modern  - Modern well fitted bathroom with a bath and overhead power shower . Towels included.

Deck & Garden . Large, south facing garden to the side and parking for 2 cars.  The Decking area is secured and ideal for children.  The decked area has outside lighting with a high quality six seater dining table and chairs plus a 2 seater sofa and 2 armchairs, coffee table for relaxing.  Electric Barbeque and sun umbrella.
